Frequently Asked Questions
When will my Arena ship?
We're aiming to ship in time for Christmas 2026, pending the production schedule. As a pre-order, the date depends on manufacturing timelines, and we'll keep you updated by email at every stage.
Is my payment safe? What if production doesn't go ahead?
Yes. Every pre-sale payment is fully refundable until your order ships. If production doesn't proceed for any reason, you're refunded in full automatically. See our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
What's the difference between the three tiers?
Founding Family ($349) is paid in full, ships first, includes free shipping and a bonus carry bag, and is limited to 100 spots. Priority Reserve ($50 deposit) secures your unit, with the balance payable by a link we send once production is complete. Waitlist ($1) holds your place and is fully refundable and credited toward a purchase.
How do I pay the Priority Reserve balance?
Once production is complete, we'll email and text you a secure payment link for the remaining balance. Nothing is charged automatically — you pay when your Arena is ready to ship.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Before your order ships — yes, fully refundable, no questions asked. After it ships, we don't offer change-of-mind returns, as each unit is made as part of a limited pre-sale run. Faulty or not-as-described items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
What if the blower stops working?
The removable USB-C blower is covered by a 12-month replacement warranty against manufacturing faults. If it fails, we replace it free, including shipping. Full details in our Blower Warranty & Replacement Policy below.
What are the dimensions?
The Arena measures 2 metres in diameter and 1 metre in height when fully inflated. It's designed for ages 0–5 and packs down into a single carry bag for storage and transport.
Is it safe for my child?
The Arena has a 360° soft-padded enclosure with breathable mesh windows, designed for ages 0–5. As with any play equipment, adult supervision is recommended at all times.
How do I set it up?
The removable USB-C blower inflates the whole Arena in about 3 minutes — no power point or cords needed. When you're done, deflate, fold, and it packs into one carry bag in around 5 minutes.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Pre-sale orders (Founding Family, Priority Reserve, Waitlist)
All pre-sale reservations are fully refundable at any time before your order ships. If you change your mind before dispatch, email us and we'll refund your payment in full — deposit, full amount, or waitlist fee — no questions asked. If production does not proceed for any reason, every cent paid is refunded automatically. You carry no risk while your order is still in pre-sale.
After your order ships
Because each Arena is produced as part of a limited pre-sale run, we don't offer change-of-mind returns once your order has been dispatched. Please choose carefully and reach out with any questions before you reserve — we're happy to help you decide.
Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items
This is separate from change of mind and is covered under Australian Consumer Law. If your Arena arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from how it was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and we cover return shipping on faulty items.

Blower Warranty & Replacement Policy
What's covered
Your Arena includes a removable USB-C rechargeable blower. We warrant the blower against manufacturing defects and malfunctions — including faults in the motor, battery, charging port, or housing that occur under normal use — for 12 months from the date you receive it.
If your blower fails due to a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we'll replace it free of charge, including shipping the replacement to you. You won't need to return the whole Arena — just the blower unit, if we ask for it back.
What's not covered
Damage from misuse, drops, water immersion beyond normal use, unauthorised disassembly, or normal battery wear over time. Lost or stolen units aren't covered.
How to claim: email minimultiplayarena@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and a short video showing the issue if possible. If it's a covered defect, we'll ship a replacement blower at no cost.
