Yes — we ship worldwide, and shipping is free for our first 100 customers. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Your card is charged in AUD and your bank converts automatically at their rate — the USD and GBP figures shown are approximate guides only.
What exactly is a pre-sale? What if you don't hit 100?+
Reserving now funds our first production run. We need 100 Founding Families to manufacture — that's the whole model. If we hit 100 before 12 September 2026, production starts immediately and we'll notify you; you'll get your arena sooner. If we don't hit 100 by then, you choose: take a full refund, or keep your spot and wait until we do. And regardless — you can cancel any time before it ships for a full refund, no questions asked. Your money is never locked in.
When will it ship?+
Founding Family orders ship first, in the first production run. Reserve before the pre-sale closes and you're in that run.
Is it safe? What ages is it for?+
Best for ages 1–3½ (suits up to 4 depending on height and build). Soft padded posts, an enclosed 360° design and breathable mesh windows so you can always see in. Always supervise play.
How big is it?+
The Arena is 2 metres in diameter and 1 metre in height when inflated — large enough for active play, compact enough to pack into a single carry bag and store away.
Does it need a power point?+
No. The removable USB-C blower is rechargeable and cordless — inflate anywhere, then take the blower out and store it.
